I founded First Choice Termite & Pest Control in August 2002 after over 22 years with two major companies. 
My time working for these companies consisted of literally every aspect of running a business from field service work to executive management. In my last position, I was appointed to Director of Quality Assurance due to my strong customer service beliefs. Finally, I decided to start my own business in order to deliver service that is more personal and provide better value.
Our commitment to you is that we will take that extra effort to help and communicate with our customers, not only with your "bug" problems, but to educate the customer on ways they can prevent pests from entering the home. I continue to regularly attend training meetings and in 2005, I became an Associate Certified Entomologist. This certification is very difficult to achieve. All of our technicians are very experienced; each one has AT LEAST 10 years in this industry, and thus you will receive premier service. It is our goal in virtually every situation to respond for service in 48 hours or less. We wear shoe covers in all residences; call if running late (before we are late). The bottom line is we respect you, your time and property.
We provide a very modern and safe pest control service; you will not see, smell or be able to touch any products we apply inside. Our termite service using Termidor is extremely effective. We back that up with our damage repair coverage plan. We have over 950 customers, are very active in the community and will always strive to make you a satisfied customer. We have many references to provide. Our customer retention rate is 85%, which is 20% higher than the industry average.
